The courts have ruled that the NSA wiretapping program was illegal. This is related to a previous post I did on Privacy, as it relates to Technology and Government. I’m still greatly interested in what the ABA readership feels about the relationship of Technology, Communication, and Government. What kinds of safeguards should be in place to protect our digital communications. Does the method of transmission and storage change the level of protection that should be offered?
